JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Business development to ensure the growth of the portfolio including initiating and managing marketing initiatives, preparing client proposals and conducting client presentations and managing existing portfolio
• Develops management operating plans for all new rental and managed properties, including rent collection, legal action, fair and affirmative marketing, and compliance with budget and regulatory requirements.
• Works collaboratively with HR department to develop staffing plans and procedures to ensure adequate preventative, planned and emergency coverage of property needs.
• Represent the company in professional, industry and government organizations to generate relationships for future business development, address business opportunities and challenges through both internal and external organizational activities.
• Manage and supervise Property Management staff.
REQUIREMENTS
• 10 years of experience in real estate and facility & property management.
• Management and organizational skill.
• Excellent time management, communication and negotiations skills.
• A member or associate of the IRPM, RICS or similar degree.
• Exceptional financial and budget management skills.
• English speaking, Arabic language is a plus.
• Valid driving license for Bahrain.
