JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Equipment Inspector with 4 years of experience in vehicle and equipment inspection to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven ability to conduct thorough inspections, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and safety.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conduct various technical inspections on all company vehicles and ground equipment according to the inspection program issued by the Senior Equipment Inspector.
• Perform regular inspections on vehicles and equipment scheduled for routine maintenance.
• Monitor the progress of repair work carried out by the maintenance team.
• Prepare accurate work job cards for all vehicles and equipment requiring repair work and service.
• Liaise regularly with Senior Equipment Inspectors regarding assessment activities and related issues.
• Ensure daily quality control of all GSE (Ground Support Equipment) repairs performed by the work center.
• Perform quality assurance as part of the ISO 9001 program.
• Perform technical inspections on vehicles and equipment during assigned shifts.
• Use appropriate testing instruments to identify damages or technical failures.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment scheduled for routine preventive maintenance.
• Assist in technical analysis and evaluation of machinery.
• Monitor repair work progress to ensure high-quality service.
• Prepare work job cards detailing required repair work.
• Maintain communication with Senior Inspectors and Supervisors regarding daily activities.

Requirements:

Qualification & Requirements:
• Proven experience in vehicle and equipment inspection.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively with the maintenance team and senior inspectors.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality assurance standards is a plus.
