JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Design interiors for Commercial and Residential projects
- Produce high quality 3D rendered perspectives as well as related ID drawings including RCP, floor patter and detailed designs
- Collaborative and a team player who can share ideas but also receive guidance and direction as needed
- Experience in exterior designs and landscape is an added advantage
- Please provide a detailed resume, portfolio of your designs including technical drawings
REQUIREMENTS
- Innovative and creative designer
- Up to date with ongoing interior (and exterior) design trends
- Well versed in various design styles like Contemporary/modern, Art Deco, and Classic
- We are looking for someone who is hard working, takes responsibility for their project and is able to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines
- An eye for detail, with a focus on space planning, functionality and creativity
- BS degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Software requirements are AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop and Sketchup
