JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Identifying potential investors and establishing/maintaining a good working relationship.
- Selling overseas investments to potential clients.
- Ensuring an effective working relationship with developers.
- Assembling property portfolio and presenting it to clients.
- Attending exhibitions and networking events.
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree in related field or commensurate work experience.
- Successful sales experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Preferably fluent English and Arabic.
- Computer literate.
- Strong knowledge of market.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak with persons of various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds.
- Ability to network, build and maintain customer relationships internally and externally.
- Desire to win and produce results.
- Demonstrated talent to be innovative and creative.
