JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Managing Single Family Office Investment Portfolio including equities, bonds, private equity, funds and other financial Investments.
- Experience in General Investments, Portfolio and Fund Managements, Asset Allocation and Real Estate Investments.
- Reports to Investment Committee.
REQUIREMENTS
- The Candidate must have worked in a similar role for a minimum period of five years.
- Must have a Degree in Accounting and Finance with specialized courses in Investments.
- Responsible for preparation of an Investment and Business strategy including asset allocations and to develop investment policy and monitor portfolio performances in a regular basis.
- Liaise with outside Portfolio Managers and make recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- The Candidate should have the ability to search, analyze and recommend various Investment instruments that include bonds and stock.
- Experience on Bloomberg preferred.
