Job Description
- Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.
- Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the supervisor.
- Ensure all club's rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
- Maintain club/creche clean and tidy at all times.
- Be fully aware of club's facilities, timings, promotions and prices.
- Follow standard operating procedures of the company.
Qualifications
- High school graduate. A minimum of six months to one year related education and training/experience; plus business and/or administrative education.
- Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties.
- Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
