Learning & Development Manager for a Leading Financial Company in Bahrain.
Learning & Development Manager is required for a leading Financial Company, based in Bahrain. This role would involve managing training needs for the group.
The candidate will create, maintain and improve the training programs for the Group. The ideal candidate currently would be in a similar role. This role reports to the Group HR Head.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5+ years of training experience
- Min Bachelor degree
- Multinational experience is an advantage
- Strong training background
