JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Recruiting for a Project Management and Development Consultancy based in Bahrain who are looking to expand their team with a Western Managing Quantity Surveyor. The consultancy is currently working on buildings, residential, hotel and large scale projects and the candidate will have similar project experience
Responsibilities for this position include a full range of commercial needs, procurement, contract account management, final account payments, financial reporting and you will be managing a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS
- At least 7 years’ experience post MRICS
- Western educated
- At least 4 years GCC experience
- Worked with FIDIC contracts
- Pre and Post Contracts
- Available to start July
It is important for this position that you have strong management skills having managed a team previously. Please note that you don’t necessarily need to live in the GCC now, but have had at least 4 years working experience.
