JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Marketing specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping our hotel's brand image and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. Our desired candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to attract new guests and engage our loyal customer base.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Support the Marketing Director in executing the annual Marketing plan
- Creation and implementation of Social Media Calendar for all hotel profiles.
- Selection and approval of influencers' collaborations together with the Marketing team.
- Organization, coordination and execution of all material for photoshoots & video shoots.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Design and content development of brochures, advertisements, newsletters, flyers, advertising materials and other marketing materials. Knowledge of Adobe Package is required.
- Responsible for ensuring that all visual elements, including graphics, designs, and marketing materials, adhere to our brand guidelines and reflect our unique brand identity.
- Execution of email Marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years in similar position
- Copywriting skills
- Good sense of aesthetic
- Passion for hospitality, going above and beyond to create memorable moments for our guests.
- Creation and implementation of Social Media Calendar
- Experience dealing with influencers and able to prepare an influencer strategy
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
- Absolute comfort with Social Media channels, including paid ads
- Customer oriented and able to properly interact with our customers on any public channel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English & Arabic language, able to write flawlessly
- Familiar with Adobe Package
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them
- Ability to work independently, but also function as a team player, in order to meet internal deadlines
- Capable of working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects, able to prioritize appropriately and respond to issues quickly and creatively with an open and positive attitude.
