JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A company in Bahrain currently has an exciting opportunity for a confident individual to join our progressive HR Technology business, in the capacity of Marketing Executive. The role will primarily focus on the development of new leads for clients to sign up with the service, arranging meetings and preparing presentations for the Directors. There will be ample opportunity to support the marketing team in the creation and delivery of attractive marketing materials for use within our professional and social network followers. This role would suit a fresh graduate with an ambition to go far within a rapidly expanding business. The company promotes from within the team so there are huge development opportunities for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Cold calling prospective businesses across Bahrain to brief them on the opportunity.
• Arranging of meetings and presentation opportunities for the Directors.
• Creation of engaging content to be posted on our Social Media channels.
• Development of innovative marketing materials to enhance our image.
• Prepare and document a standardized sales & marketing approach to ensure that, as the team grows, everyone is delivering the same message.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline is required.
• Fresh graduates are actively encouraged to apply.
• Ambition to take responsibility for your own activity and development.
• Experience in managing social media channels would be beneficial
• The ability to manage a busy and, at times, complex workload.
• Detail-orientated and organized execution.
• High ethical standards, integrity and commitment to quality.
• Excellent English and Arabic proficiency are preferential.
