Coordinates activities between resource managers to ensure all necessary reviews and approval are met. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 12+ years of experience, 4 of which should be in management.<br><br>Additional Skills Requirement: <br><br>Preferred candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of related experience in BOS Government Contracting<br>Proficient with Microsoft Office programs<br>Familiar with KBR internal programs such as MAXIMO, Asset Management and KPEX<br>Familiar with firm fixed price contracts, contractual modifications and IDIQs<br>Process Letter of Authorizations (LOAs) via Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operations Tracker (SPOT) <br><br>Has previous experience with change management processes to include proposals creation.<br>Interfaces with base NAVFAC Public Works Office counterparts as well as Contracting office personnel<br>Excellent customer relations, communication, leadership, and inter-personal skills<br><br>Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance<br><br>
