Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.<br><br>Additional Skills Requirement: <br> - Must be fluent in written and spoken English.<br> - Must have 5+ years overseas deployment experience on a contingency environment assignment.<br> - Minimum two years previous Operations Specialist experience or equivalent<br> - Must possess a valid home nation driver's license.<br> - Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access)<br> - Must have the ability to take detailed notes during the Sync Meetings with KBR and the U.S. Navy and create meeting minutes for submission to the USG.<br> - Supports Manager to fulfill contractual reporting requirements to the United States Government in accordance with contract.<br> - Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo system preferred.<br> - Self-Starter with the skill to build complex reports for Project Management<br> - Familiar with SharePoint system<br> - Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.<br> - Must possess valid driver's license.<br><br>
