Advises and instructs work efforts associated with services required within the Base Operations Support contract to meet the contractual performance objectives and standards to include planning, scheduling, cost, accounting, estimating, report development and preparation, establishing and maintaining records, and quality assurance. Provided the necessary management expertise to assure performance objectives and standards are met and to ensures all administrative deliveries of internal and external information, performance and communications are complete and submitted on time.<br><br>Additional Skills Requirements <br><br>Provides guidance in support of maintenance and repair of facilities, systems, and infrastructure components.<br>Can demonstrate knowledge in facility management, work prioritization, and supervision of mixed labor force.<br>Preferred candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Government Contracting<br><br>Proficient with Microsoft Office programs<br>Familiar with KBR internal programs such as MAXIMO, Asset Management and KPEX<br>Previous assignments and recent work history supporting NAVCENT Installation and NAFAC BOS contracts preferred.<br>Aware of financial, estimating, supply chain, procurement and subcontract processes and procedures.<br>Familiar with firm fixed price contracts, contractual modifications and IDIQ estimates estimating and planning.<br>Has previous experience with change management processes to include proposal creations.<br><br>Interfaces with base Public Works Office counterparts as well as Contracting office personnel<br><br>Excellent customer relations, communication, leadership, and inter-personal skills<br><br>Ensures compliance with company, OSHA and DOD safety policies to include EM-385-1.<br><br>Operational management or experience in O&M services to include HVAC systems, Electrical, Power Generation, Plumbing, Carpentry, Water and Ice production, Vector Control, Custodial services and labor management not a requirement but a plus.<br><br>Preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree or 8 years of relevant management experience.<br><br>Must be fluent in English.<br>Must be United States Citizen<br>Must possess a United States issued passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.<br><br>Must possess driver's license with at least 6 months of remaining validity<br>Must be able to obtain a US Secret Clearance<br><br>
