What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for expansive client initiatives
- Serve as the primary liaison with senior client stakeholders, engaging frequently with main program or customer boards to discuss project status, budget, scope, and challenges
- Provide leadership, overseeing cross-functional teams and coordinating implementation plans with both internal and external resources, including local and offshore teams
- Ensure client satisfaction by successfully realizing business benefits and addressing key business drivers
- Communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, and budgets effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
- Take accountability for the project's financial performance
- Ensure process compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
REQUIREMENTS
What you will bring
- Robust background in telecom and IT within a Systems Integration (SI) and/or Consulting environment
- Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a software professional services organization or consulting background
- Logical problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting project timelines and deliverables, emphasizing attention to detail, process adherence, deadlines, and quality results
- Demonstrated success working with virtual teams of diverse cultures, establishing effective distributed delivery
- Success stories in customer engagement, spanning initiative assessment, project planning, and seamless implementation
