JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• To estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.
• Ensuring that the project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.
• Guarantee that plans meet the client’s specification.
• Create estimation for timescales and costs.
• Supervise the project at all stages and provide solution to problems.
• Ensure procedures are carried out safely.
• Responsible for planning and coordinating the materials, plans, equipment and labor.
• Develop the cause-and-effect delay analysis in line with the project specific requirements and coordinate with PMs to establish the claims effectively.
• To coordinate with PMs and develop the resource analysis of the project, based on the approved baseline programs.

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of proven experience in the main contracting field.
• Previous experience working on Military Projects is highly desirable. Other military experience will be considered.
