JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a seasoned Product Manager, you will lead the product development and management process from ideation to launch and beyond. Working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

Description
* Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
* Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met
* Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
* Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
* Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
* Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by development teams
* Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization

Requirements:
* A minimum of 8 years' total experience, with 3 years as a product owner in the card issuance/card payment industry* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
* Strong understanding of the payment industry landscape, including knowledge of industry regulations and standards
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Proven experience in driving product development and delivering successful product launches
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Previous experience in software and web development
