JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management capabilities, effectively motivating and inspiring teams.
• Oversee budgeting for production and inventory control, ensuring optimal financial performance.
• Establish and maintain credibility to foster strong internal and external business relationships.
• Utilize mechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage production planning, organization, and project management, ensuring seamless operations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of safety regulations and guidelines to ensure safe plant operations.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, forecast budgets, and make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance plant efficiency.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic production environment.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including night shifts and weekends when required.
• Implement and manage Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee multi-shift operations of the reinforcement Cut & Bend plant, optimizing productivity and equipment performance to meet production goals.
• Ensure all equipment operates efficiently, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Experience Required: 7+ years of management experience within the steel industry, with a focus on Cut & Bend operations.
