JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
I'm looking for a seasoned Project Director to work for the main contractor on a new mall development in Bahrain.
Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
• Single point contact with Employer/ Engineer
• Delivery of project to Schedule/ Quality / Safety / statutory & regulatory authorities’ conformance
• Responsible for Consolidation and interface between contractor and JV partner
• Steering Commercial aspects for contractor and JV partner
• Implementation of Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan and Environmental plan
• Monitor Corrective and Preventive Action
• Best Practices identification, nurture and report
• Development of employees
• Liaison with customer, statutory and regulatory authorities
• Responsible for Profitability of the Project
Salary:
BHD
7,500 to 8,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
All applicants should meet the following criteria:
• Have previously delivered a major new mall scheme.
• Have previously worked in the Middle East.
• Minimum of 15 years experience.
• Educated to degree level, preferably in civil engineering.
