JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
BWP are working with a large property developer in Bahrain and require smart, aggressive and target driven professional Property Advisors with strong real estate market knowledge responsible for selling properties to clients & investors within the region
Salary 700-950 BHD
Duties:
- Selling properties
- Generate leads for new sales
- Coordinate with customers until completion of the sale
- Sales driven, working to deadlines and targets
- Able to understand the property market and have good working knowledge of the region
- Friendly and professional approach with strong sales ability
- Obtaining and developing a client base of high net worth individuals
- Closing deals
REQUIREMENTS
- Min 2-3 years sales experience
- Property sales experience essential
- Sales Driven
- Professional
- Friendly
- Arabic speaking is advantages not essential
- Male or female
- Good Negotiation skills
- Team Player
- Enjoy Sales
