JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Employment:
Full Time
• Handle lease negotiations, rent collection, supervision of maintenance
• Appoint and supervise contractors
• Prepare monthly property reports
• Monitor and maintain records of purchases and inventory
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong project management skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the property management business.
• Driving License
• Customer service
