We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable company in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and commercial management of projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs
- Conducting site visits to assess progress and identify any potential cost or schedule issues
- Evaluating and negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Reviewing project drawings and specifications to identify any potential discrepancies or issues
- Tracking project expenses and preparing cost reports for clients and management
- Managing change orders and variations to ensure they are properly documented and approved
- Providing regular updates on project budget and cost projections to management and clients
- Participating in project meetings and providing input on cost-related matters
- Assisting with the preparation of tender documents and bid evaluations
- Managing and mentoring junior quantity surveyors and other team members as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
