Restaurant Manager Up To 450 Bhd For An International Fnb Operator In Bahrain
• POSITION: Restaurant Manager
• SALARY: up to 450 BHD depending on experience and qualification plus duty meals and monthly bonus
• HIRING COMPANY: An International FnB Operator
• WORK LOCATION: Juffair, Bahrain
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Deliver superior guest services
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
• Plan new and update existing menus
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
• Hire new employees
• Training and evaluate staff performance
REQUIREMENTS
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, below 40 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
• Must have fast food experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role or with experience leading a team
• Experience as a sandwich artist is advantage
• Strong written/verbal English command
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
