JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible of achieving monthly sales target
- Handling walk-in prospects customers in showroom to find their needs.
- Capture prospects information and maintain record in Oracle system.
- Provide and explain all information to customers related to vehicle specifications, prices, service packages, warranty, and payment methods.• Coordinate with the concerned personnel to offer the prospective customers a test drive vehicle and trade-in.
- Attend and follow up incoming calls with prospective customers.
- Establish strong communication with customers
- After the vehicle has been delivered, contact the customer within 3 days to ensure the satisfaction level.
- Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies set by the organisation are followed.
- All other job-related duties, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma in Business Management or Marketing
- 1 - 2+ years of relevant experience (automobile sales) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
