JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain's thriving real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our real estate business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, showcasing features and benefits to prospective buyers and investors.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a smooth transaction process for all parties involved.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, competition, and market trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management for strategic planning purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote properties and enhance brand visibility.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to build connections and promote the company's offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
