Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Arabic speaking) to join our team. The role focuses on managing corporate and local accounts, driving MICE business, and supporting catering sales through proactive client engagement.
- Manage and grow existing corporate and local accounts
- Actively source new business through calls, visits, and networking
- Handle MICE inquiries (meetings, conferences, events) from lead to conversion
- Support catering sales and coordinate with operations for smooth execution
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on quotations
- Conduct site inspections and client presentations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business
Qualifications
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in luxury hotel environment or F&B sales
- Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, and catering segments
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
