Sales Executive - B2B (Marine and Motor Products)

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Sales Executive will be responsible for the sales strategy and distribution of Marine and Motor products.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for selling Water Vehicles, ATV/MC, OBM and Sport Boats which includes but is not limited to a thorough understanding of the products' capabilities and features, developing and qualifying buyers, and closing sales.
• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer entering the showroom.
• Assist customers in product selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain full product performance and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Conduct market visits to dealers and forge new connections within the corporate and government sectors.
• Maintain up-to-date customer database with the required information.
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain successful business relationships with all prospects.
• Maintain a high client retention rate through proper training, emphasizing quality customer service, client visits and cold calling techniques.
• Provide information on the unit’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork while handing over the keys and related items.
• Attend product and sales training courses as required by the company.
• Sells / leases minimum target units per month.
• Coordinate with Service and Parts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with warehouse, Service and transport team to ensure on time delivery of customer goods.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or any business field.
• Have 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably with marine and motor products.
• Have a customer-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability in driving sales growth and fostering client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must have a Driving License
