JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our TBL (Tyres, Batteries & Lubricants) team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, promoting and selling our products, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Create and maintain customer relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Promote and sell TBL products to existing and new customers.
• Monitor sales activities and keep accurate records.
• Maintain updated knowledge on the products and services offered.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Attend industry events and trade shows, and network with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional activities.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proven sales experience in the tyre industry.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to plan and carry out marketing strategies.
