JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Company Activity: E-commerce, discounted coupons on restaurants, health & beauty, activities, sports, products, events, travels.

Job Summary: This is a full-time opportunity in the booming market of e-commerce for a sales professional.

Job Responsibilities:
• Identify new clients and business opportunities in the Retail & Hospitality industries (hotels, beauty salons, spa, retailers, shops, etc.).
• Manage sales to clients/agencies and be able to tailor packages that meet the needs of individual clients.
• Create and propose effective sales presentations in order to develop business across the portfolio.
• Organise meetings with potential clients, presenting and company and the services provided.
• Following up and closing deals.
• Identify a sales strategy for each allocated client for maximum effectiveness.
• Build and maintain the client database and keep accurate records of sales activity
• Ensure all sales forecasting is done promptly and accurately
• Inform and influence our market knowledge and strategy through research, insight and opinion
• Collaborate with the rest of the team effectively to provide the best possible ideas and proposals for our clients
• Ad hoc duties on demand: Participate in events organized by the company, support the team in any activity as and when required, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Significant previous sales experience in advertising/media industry in Bahrain is a must.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Languages: Excellent English, Arabic is a plus.
• Must be based in Bahrain.
• Understanding and knowledge of the Bahrain market and established relationships in Bahrain.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong analytics, and real-time judgment.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to make effective decisions based on commercial goals.
• A collaborative approach to working in a team and with clients.
• Dynamic, Flexible, Adaptable, Fast Learner

KPIs: New clients, Sales, & Profit.
