JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Objective
To ensure smooth functioning of the Customer Service Center, Ticket Sales desk and Information Desk.
As a Customer Service Supervisor your role will include but not be limited to :
* Manage the Guest services team during daily operations.
* Responsible for providing high standards of customer service to visitors.
* Efficiently manage the customer service desk and handle customer issues, queries, problems, in a professional and courteous manner so as to achieve service standards and enhance visitor experience to the mall
* Work with the Marketing team for various marketing related activities.
* Report to senior management about any queries, assignments given by line manager.
* Coordinate POS system anomalies(system failures, wrong prices etc) to IT and Finance.
REQUIREMENTS
As a Customer Service Supervisor; you have to demonstrate the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
* High school graduates with at least 3 years' experience preferably as a customer relation representative within a large size multi brand retail outlet/Hotel.
* Strong Computer's Skills.
* Excellent English and Arabic Language Skills.
