JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – BAHRAIN
Salary £80-100,000 Tax Free + Benefits Listed

Senior Quantity Surveyor that has handled a £15-25 Million Project as No1 in the UK or Ireland.

Have you taken the client lead, procurement, CVR’s & Final account?

Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager in the Head Office. Day to day working with the Project Director on site.

You will be managing a small team of 3 QS’s on site and will be leading everything commercially and contractually.

You will be handling monthly reports, sub-contract management, change management, value engineering , cash flow forecasting, negotiating , contract administration & spotting opportunities to commercially make money for the business whilst protecting your employer as per the contract.

Salary:
GBP 80,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The right candidate will have :

- Track record of managing projects for main contractors as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or - Managing Quantity Surveyor
- Have strong time-management, interpersonal and communication skills?
- Confident and client facing
- Strong academic background – BSc Quantity Surveying
- Ideally 10 Years Post Graduate from a UK Or Irish University
