JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a Senior Resourcer, you will be working alongside the leadership team providing and coordinating the operational delivery, with the following responsibilities:
- Write and Post job ads on job boards and social networking stamps
- Developing relationships with current and new clients in GCC.
- In daily contact with key clients to organize interviews, enquire on open roles, feedback on CVs and interviews as well as organizing mobilization.
- Ensuring candidate placements run smoothly and resolving any issues which may arise.
- Keeping up to date with new and existing construction projects in the Middle East.
- Providing suitable quality candidates for client approval on their current projects.
- Negotiating terms of business with new clients.
- Helping applicants to prepare for interviews. Teaching and training of staff, running meetings
- Generate reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong Sales experience
- Organisational and planning abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work to deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Enjoy responsibility and working in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Driven and a self starter
Salary: BD 500 - BD 550 + Commission
