JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and coordinating with the project team to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure project deadlines are met
- Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Inspect and review the quality of work performed on-site
- Maintain accurate records of on-site activities and progress
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project specifications are met

Salary:
BHD 400 to 650 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
- Relevant certifications in construction management or related field
