JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job task:
• Preliminary work pertains to set-up of the new car rental company
• Projecting the feasibility
• Recruiting the team
• Procurements & negotiations
• Develop office procedures & reporting system
• Set up sales office facilities and maintenance division
• Assign employees with specific duties & review their performance
• Work out suitable incentive schemes & other staff benefits in line with profitability
• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.
• Direct and evaluate employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
• Submission of MIS
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile:
• Academic: Graduation in any discipline
• Technical: Mechanical engineering degree preferred
• Management: MBA (marketing /operations) will be a added advantage
• Work experience: in the relevant field should be 15 years minimum and at least 1 year in the Bahrain market.
