Our client is a global experience entertainment company that operates in the Events Services industry. They partner with billion-dollar studios, large corporations, and government entities around the world to bring highly anticipated experiences to audiences everywhere.

They are currently looking for a Sr. Project Executive to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Support end-to-end planning, design, build and delivery of project.
• The role also involves learning key project planning, designing layout, and delivery skills matching client requirement.
• Source and manage external contractors and suppliers, contract management.
• Contribute creative proposals with ideas, research, and presentations.
• Ability to conceptualize and sales forecast plan.
• Assist the team with the design, planning, co-ordination, and communication with client.
• Good understanding of interdepartmental transactions, project stages and administrative processes to aid smooth management from initial brief to final build, delivery, and project reporting.
• Awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; learning how to budget, forecast, invoice, and maintain budget management of ongoing project budgets.
• Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents; timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefs, status reports, completion reports and documents.
• Assist with managing the creative and delivery output process, including briefing client feedback to team members and assist in managing delivery of key stages of work.
• Supervise site operations for projects assigned from build up to complete handover.
• Prepare and report all costs to the finance team; submit invoices and purchase orders for final accounting of the project.


Qualification & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Exhibitions or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in any business, management, administration, or other related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, computer related software and applications.
• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
• Effective negotiation skills will be of top priority.
• Possess remarkable problem-solving skills.
• Must be an excellent team player with great interpersonal relationship skills.
• Excellent project management skills, event planning skills.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Strong administrative and management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiatives without being prompted.
• Possess excellent budgeting and analytical skills.
