JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Duties and responsibilities
- Backup and Recovery: Proficient in O365 archiving using Veritas SaaS Protection, with advanced knowledge of Veritas Backup Exec, Altaro Backup, and replication processes.
- Active Directory Management: Hands-on experience with multiple Active Directory Domain Forests, including cross-forest migrations and managing applications through Intune for smartphones and Windows.
- Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Skilled in designing and implementing network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), virtual architectures for cloud platforms, and managing physical servers and virtual machines (e.g., Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, SCCM).
- Security Management: Ability to identify and address critical vulnerabilities, implementing security policies in compliance with NCSC and deploying Windows updates through Microsoft Autopatch.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Experience managing multi-cloud environments, including Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and AWS (EC2, S3, IAM roles), focusing on resource management and scalability.
- Network Management: Manage network devices such as switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi solutions, ensuring connectivity across headquarters and branches, including Cisco and Palo Alto systems. O365 Management: Expertise in managing the O365 suite, including Intune, Teams, and compliance features, along with backup processes for mailbox, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field from an accredited institution.- +7 years Network administration experience.
