JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
An exciting position has become available with one of the leading financial institutions in Bahrain. The opportunity is for a young, vibrant and enthusiastic candidate who is looking to pursue a career in the banking and finance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling initial applications for credit cards & personal loans, opening & closing accounts and general support with any other product enquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and understand basic customer needs in order to complete transactions with speed, efficiency and urgency.
• Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent customer service.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs and identify how the bank can assist them in meeting their long term goals.
• Open a variety of accounts and services for customers.
• Banking transactions.
• Building and managing a portfolio of client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or relevant discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service or sales role. (Fresh graduates will be considered).
• Knowledge of sales and relationship building processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Self-driven individual who has a passion to excel in a sales environment.
• Ability to listen, observe and interpret people and situations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team orientated environment.
