Abr ul Qarat Company for General Contracting (abbreviated as AQC) is a Libyan foreign Joint Venture Company of Libyan Nationality. AQC at this time is executing a number of civil construction projects including Housing Units, complexes, Administrative Buildings and civil Infrastructure.
