The modern origins of Davis Langdon lie in the merger of Langdon & Every with Davis Belfield & Everest in 1988.
Both of these merging firms operated in the UK as well as the Middle East, Australasia and Asia Pacific regions, but it was Mike McLeod, senior partner of Langdon & Every, who had the vision to pop the question 'how about going global?' to his opposite number, Geoff Trickey at Davis Belfield & Everest.
