Alistithmar Capital is a Saudi limited liability company, and a subsidiary of The Saudi Investment Bank.

Alistithmar Capital was granted a license by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on 28 May 2007, (License number: 15-07061). It was also formally established and registered by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 22 July 2007 (Commercial Registration number: 1010235995).

In 2011 Alistithmar Capital was merged with SAIB BNP Paribas Asset Management Company (a subsidiary of The Saudi Investment Bank).
