Gulf Arab States Research Center is a specialized body in the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, headquartered in the State of Kuwait.
The Center was established based on a decision issued by the Second General Conference of Ministers of Education in the Arab Gulf States, which was held in Riyadh in May 1977, as one of the institutions of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States.
The center aims to contribute to the development of scientific research, educational measurement and evaluation in the member states of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, namely: the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, and the State of Qatar.
