More specifically, Parsons has competitive benefits packages based on the geographic regions and countries in which we do business or the legal entities under which we do business. Benefits packages typically include major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer employee assistance and wellness programs. In addition, Parsons supports the need for employees to take time off by providing paid holidays during the year and accrued paid time off based on tenure.

Many employees based in the United States are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan and/or 401k plans as well as join Parsons Federal Credit Union. Parsons also encourages continuing education and professional development via in-house training through ParsonsU or Parsons University, tuition reimbursement, professional licensing, and participation in professional organizations. We include benefits information along with our offers of employment and our human resource team is fully versed in our benefit packages to answer potential employees’ questions.

Parsons supports the ACE Mentor Program

Since 1995, Parsons employees have served as board members, team leaders, and mentors with the ACE Mentor Program, a national, industry-driven/-supported program that introduces high school students to the fields of architecture, construction, and engineering (ACE) through exposure to technical discussions, industry related training, field trips, and hands-on projects. Parsons employees mentor students in California, New York, and Washington, D.C.
