SAIT GROUP for construction and development started its services in building and construction thirty years ago. Its history goes back to its founder Sheikh Mohammad Abdul Qader Sait who established it in 1395 AH. The group is based in Makkah and is specialized in the construction of hotels and towers. It has seen a steady growth since its inception - achieving success in different fields related to construction and development. Because of its commitment to its work and its distinguished performance towards fulfilling the customer's requirements, the group has been classified in the second category by the Contractor Classification Agency, an affiliate of the Population and Public Works Ministry of Saudi Arabia, on 30 /12 /1423 AH. The group is expected to be classified as a first category contractor very soon.
