Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process of two high-rise towers in Cyprus, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Oversee Design
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project tasks.
- Oversee the use of Revit and other relevant software tools, ensuring the development and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, communicating project status to key stakeholders and management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental requirements.
