Restaurant Supervisor Up To 750 Usd for an International Fnb Operator in Africa
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintain quality control for all food served
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff
- Managing restaurant staff's work schedules
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
REQUIREMENTS
- HIRING COMPANY: An International FnB Operator
- WORK LOCATION: Djibouti, Africa
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male, below 40 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or leading a team
- Experience in pizza making is an advantage
- Strong written/verbal English command
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
