What you'll do
Design, build, and maintain AI agents and backend systems
Integrate tools and APIs to make AI systems more useful and reliable
Debug and optimize agents for performance, accuracy, and cost
Manage context, workflows, and data pipelines for production environments
Continuously test, improve, and deploy AI-driven applications
Requirements
- Strong background in Python and FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or DSPy
- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus
- Proven experience shipping AI agents or LLM-powered apps to production (not just proof-of-concepts)
- Practical mindset — knows when to use AI agents and when traditional logic works better
