Key responsibilities:

• Support senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Monitor progress against established milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Facilitate communication between all parties and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and safety compliance
• Support quality assurance processes and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Assist in procurement activities including vendor selection and contract negotiations
• Support cost control measures and budget tracking to ensure financial compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, construction, or fit-out projects
• Understanding of construction processes, building systems, and fit-out methodologies
• Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar applications preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
