Job Description

  • Oversee HR complian- Oversee HR compliance and service delivery, ensuring seamless operations across payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Enhance employee engagement through recognition, training, and well-being initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support talent acquisition to attract and onboard the best talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or talent & culture roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, including talent relations, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Cluster experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
