JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Main Purpose of Job

To lead the brands activation and events operation and drive optimal strategic planning, process, communications and ways of working across functions and the marketplace. Bring Nestle brands to life at the market level and proactively uncover local opportunities. Develop and execute flawlessly the brands activation plan to deliver against Nestle brands engagement strategy. Have the ability to develop detail oriented Activation plan from inception through execution and share best practices to the markets. Act as business partner to Nestle business Units to bring Nestle brands to life and create engaging brand experience with consumers in line with Nestle Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic planning:

- Responsible for developing brand activation in line with the Nestle brands engagement strategies and Brand Plans.
- Fully understand Nestle brands, consumers, market trends and overall business to deliver relevant activation plan.
- Ensure that Nestle NHW strategy is embedded in brand activation planning and execution
- Establish, develop and nurture long term relationships internally, externally, in the marketplace and with key stakeholders. "

Budget Management:

- Responsible to develop, manage and execute against annual brand activation and events budget plan set for the region, monitor budget spent.
- Forecast ROI for significant activities and review actual results against budgeted expectation.

Identify opportunities for cost control and leveraging on resources."

Communication:

- Responsible to drive cross functional conversation and communication to align plans, strategies, needs and best practices of brand activation through; open conversation, recaps and reporting with business units.
- Ensure full alignment with the rest of communication divisions and collaborate whenever relevant.
- Ensure Brand Activation planning process is communicated to all stakeholders.
- Partner with business team in integrating Brand Activation in the Brand plan.
- Bring brands big idea to life through creating brand engaging experience in line with brand communication strategy, and amplify internally and externally through different touch points.
- Manage content development projects such as photo shoot and video shoot.

Agencies and external partner management:

- Responsible for shortlisting BTL and activation agencies to be invited for activation pitches.
- Create brand activation process & templates, and manage direct reports in leading the briefing process & idea-generation amongst third party service-providers and presentation to the Business Unit.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in BTL agencies.
- Preferably experience in FMCG, Marketing and Sales & event management.
