About the role

In this compelling role you will be an integrated part of European Business Operation, and you will gain a wide range of interesting tasks providing our key stakeholders an overall business view of our business in Europe and specific territories.

Revenue forecasting

Providing monthly input to forecasting exercise extracting data from systems and comparing to previous forecast and budget, highlighting key changes and watch points. Engaging with the territories, account teams and internal stakeholders to gain the needed information.

Contributing to develop the new forecasted views based on inputs from the various stakeholders.

Loading your final forecast into defined systems.

Contribute to budget creation.

Profitability improvement

Analysis of profitability reports, to highlight key trends and compare to forecast and budget.

Identification of anomalies or improvement opportunities.

Project management of identified margin improvement opportunities with key stakeholders internally (process and data owners, finance teams, account teams, experts) until resolution.

Confirmation that expected margin improvements have materialized in the Europe P&L.

Regular or ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Provide regular reports and analysis based on agreed templates for both revenue and profitability related topics: acceleration, cash collection etc.

Provide ad-hoc reporting to countries, Europe, Business Units stakeholders, related to revenue and profitability forecast and budget.

Contribute to specific projects such as year end push, revenue acceleration forums, etc.

Continuous improvement

Identification of automation and simplification opportunities to simplify and accelerate the processes.

Development of automation, or description of requirements to automation experts (such as RPA experts).

Identification of new KPIs or reports to improve financial data visualization, highlighting delta to previous forecasts, budgets, etc.

About you

  • You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights.
  • You are detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality in your work.
  • You have a solid understanding of financial concepts such as forecasting, budgeting, profitability, and margin analysis.
  • You are proficient in Excel and comfortable using reporting or business intelligence tools (experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage).
  • You are curious and proactive, always seeking opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency.
  • You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and international teams, building relationships with finance, business, and operations stakeholders.
  • You have strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken); French is a plus.
  • You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant.
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with some professional experience in business analysis, FP&A, or similar roles.
