Job Description
The Role
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage and maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings of the hotel and ensure standards are met.
- Managing a small team you will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance as well as contractor management.
- You will also lead the Hotel's environmental programs.

About you
- Experience managing a maintenance function in a multi story complex
- Qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering (preferable)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication
- Strong time management skills with the ability to respond to urgent tasks
- An understanding of Workplace Health, Safety and Environment standards
